I love this shirt! I can dress in business casual at work and this shirt is just what I wanted. I ordered a large and it was a little big around my ribs and even though I have broader shoulders for my frame I probably could have ordered a medium. I am 5'4" and weigh 160, not much in the chest area (36B) to take up any of the slack. If you like it a bit tighter I might suggest a size down, I am going to order one a size lower and see how that fits.

I really like this shirt because it covers my upper arms. It is lightweight enough to be comfortable in the hot summer temps and the arm holes are loose to let plenty of air to keep cool. It comes down just below my butt. I normally wear a large but went by the other reviews and decided to go with a medium and it fits perfectly. It is very flattering as it is fitted at the waist and shows off a small waist.
